Announcing the Winner
The contest is open until 11:59pm PT on April 7. The winner will be contacted via email after the contest closes and must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize.
The Fine Print
FlightSimExpo will provide reimbursement for airfare upon receipt of proof of payment to an airline, up to the amount of $700. This will be provided to the winner at FlightSimExpo 2024, and only if the winner attends at least one day of the show in Las Vegas. The 3-night stay at the Rio must be booked by FlightSimExpo on the winner’s behalf before May 25, 2024, and will be booked by FlightSimExpo once confirmation of travel is received. The $200 prepaid gift card and FlightSimExpo event badge will be provided on-site at the show. The winner of the contest receives only the four items above and is not entitled to any additional compensation or coverage for additional airfare, baggage or change fees, hotel incidentals at Rio, unexpected delays or cancelations during travel, or expenses relating to the traveler failing to provide accurate or correct information when booking their itinerary. Prize may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash value. FlightSimExpo Terms and Conditions apply as they would for any other paid registrant. Other conditions may apply. FlightSimExpo is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules, and these program terms and conditions may be changed by FlightSimExpo without advance notice. No purchase necessary; the contest is free to enter for anyone. The contest is powered by SweepWidget, and entries are subject to their Privacy Policy and data practices. You may permanently delete your data from SweepWidget by following these instructions.
